Lunch Optionsįavorite buffet selections in terms of lunch food include excellent fried chicken, lasagna, side salads, BBQ, vegetable dishes, and much more. Of course, they also have other breakfast items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, frittatas, and waffles.
Some of our favorite buffet selections on the breakfast menu include go-to’s such as pancakes, french toast, bagels and lox, a yogurt bar, an extensive fruit selection, and pastries. The brunch buffet also features a carving station with prime rib, turkey, and ham. The weekend brunch at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino features all of the traditional menu items, plus seafood like snow crab and baked salmon, as well as fresh eggs benedict served on warmed plates. Though the Fresh Buffet previously had separate breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, they now only have a weekend brunch buffet with both breakfast and lunch menu items.
