We did have about ten rooms go to a different hotel instead because of both the cost and the difficulty in dealing with their central reservations department. The price was pretty high, I felt, for Joliet. The bellman also really helped unpack and store tons of stuff we needed to shuffle around. Jill, at the front desk helped me get a refund on a meal coupon I forgot about and helped us deal with storing wedding items that needed to be transferred from one car to another. The valet parkers were amazingly fast and efficient. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.
The customer service was unbelievable in the hotel. We had a wedding in Joliet this last weekend and had about 25 rooms Friday and Saturday night at Harrahs.
